By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Terms of Service.

We currently accept secure payments through:

You may complete your purchase as a guest or by creating an account for faster checkout in the future.

PetsRover does not store or have access to your full credit card information. All payment details are transmitted directly to our payment providers (Shopify Payments or PayPal).

To ensure a safe shopping experience, our system may automatically flag or hold certain orders for verification.
In these cases, we may contact you to confirm billing or shipping details before processing the order.
Orders with incomplete or inconsistent information may be delayed or canceled for security reasons.


6. Currencies and Charges

All prices on our website are shown in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise specified.
If your card uses another currency, your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the amount based on the current exchange rate.
Any additional foreign transaction fees or bank charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

PetsRover reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized use of payment methods, or incorrect billing information.
If an error or duplicate charge occurs, please contact us immediately at info@petsrover.com, and we will investigate and, if applicable, refund the amount within 5–10 business days.


8. Taxes and Duties

Applicable sales taxes, VAT, or import duties may vary depending on your delivery country and will be displayed at checkout or upon delivery when required by local authorities.
PetsRover is not responsible for any customs fees or import charges imposed by your local postal or customs office.


9. Payment Confirmation and Receipts

If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.
